The services are designed to provide a focused list of ideas
that investment professionals can use in performing additional
research to verify and confirm the timeliness of the
warning.
The Jefferson Torpedo Alert® Research
Service is a subscription-based service. The introductory pricing is
an annual fee of $16,000 per year.
Every week Torpedo Alert® will analyze all
eligible stocks in various market cap groups to provide a list of
warnings. The insights from Torpedo Alert® are provided to clients
in the following reports:
- Torpedo Alert® Proprietary Portfolio
Review Service
The Client's proprietary portfolio
review can be rated by the Jefferson Torpedo Alert System on a
biweekly basis. The number of stocks in each proprietary portfolio
is limited to 100 stocks and can be updated weekly.
- Torpedo Alert® Market Cap Groups
Clients may choose between one of three lists that
best reflect their market cap evaluation needs:
- Large Cap: Market Cap greater than $2 billion
- Small Cap: Market Cap $50 million to $2 billion
- Comprehensive: ratings on all companies in the
Torpedo Alert® universe (approx. 2000
- Torpedo Alert® Focus
List
This is a more limited list of companies which
have undergone significant changes in ratings or which have
flashed strong warnings and not yet corrected in price. This
version will be of great value as an idea list to managers taking
short or hedged positions.
- Torpedo Alert® Short
Profiles
For clients desiring more detailed research
including competitive analysis and forecast risk assessment,
the Torpedo Alert® Short Profile is an
in-depth analysis of a Torpedo Company with a high alert rating of
1 or 2. You can expect 15 to 25 reports per year with each
report averaging 12-18 pages in length. Each report includes
a timing element so that you can better determine how to
incorporate the position into your portfolio. Additionally,
earnings pre-release and conference call notes are issued on each
company along with news updates when any significant event
occurs.
